Chaat Masala Sandwich

We are often confused what to make when it comes to breakfast options, and sandwiches are the most preferred option. I love this sandwich to have in my breakfast. Its quick, tasty, and also very easy to make! Somehow the taste of Ghee on the top coating of the bread enhances the flavour of this sandwich!

All you need:-

  • 2 Tomatoes chopped
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 green chili chopped (optional)
  • Coriander chutney (optional)
  • Slices of brown Bread
  • Freshly chopped coriander
  • 3/4 tsp chaat masala
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Ghee for roasting

How to make;-

  • In a bowl add chopped onion and tomatoes. Add green chili, chaat masala, coriander, salt. mix well. You can add carrots too.
  • Now place the slices of bread on the chopping board and place a spoonful of mixture on one bread slice and you can spread green chutney on the other slice. (Its optional.)
  • Coat the upper and lower side of the bread with ghee or butter and toast it nicely from both the sides on the tawa. Press the bread nice with a spatula so that the stuffing wont come out.
  • Serve hot with ketchup or chutney and a warm cup of tea or coffee.
